What score do I need on the assessment to qualify?
You must achieve at least 80% on the assessment test. Once passed, your application automatically submits to the Admin team for review and formal approval.
How does the sequential video training academy work?
To maintain professional standards, videos are unlocked sequentially. You cannot skip ahead to Video 2 until Video 1 is completed. Once completed, you may re-watch any unlocked video at any time.
What happens if a client takes longer than 2 months to purchase?
If a client lead is not closed within 60 days (2 months) from registration, our automated system marks the deal as "Closed Without Win". This ensures pipelines stay up to date and encourages proactive client follow-up.
How do I receive my commissions and bonuses?
Commissions are credited directly to your agent dashboard immediately upon admin confirmation. You can register your bank account or mobile money payment details during signup or inside your profile.
